Whose afraid of the dark?
I am working on a new series called " I am not afraid of the Dark". They are obscure female figures looking as if they have stepped out of the dark for us to catch a glimpse of them. The uncanny feeling they provoke is a metaphor for what we hide within the confines of our own minds. Enjoy!

Here is my first SOLD photo. It is a digital print 28 in. x 40 in. sold to Cricket Taplin Collection. She bought it from the Rising Stars Exhibition held at New World School Of the Arts in March 2011. First year of art school and it was a student exhibition, it was nice to be a part of.

My first attempt to blogging:) I am not even sure what to start with, however, I did start this to show my progress in my art as I continue school and the evolvement of my Self.
What I have learned is that I have a lot to learn and can only hope to get better at my skills in my medium of choice, whatever it may be at the moment.
I will mostly post Photography, paintings, drawings, thoughts...maybe some sculpture.
As for my SELF, I certainly am trying to understand it... daily.
